Udaipur's next landmark — a mixed-use commercial destination on a ~36,000 sq ft parcel near Geetanjali Hospital, with ~1,20,000 sq ft of saleable area in ~1,50,000 sq ft of total construction. The plan: 24 premium retail showrooms, 2 anchor stores, 16 premium office units, 5–6 food & beverage outlets and two-level basement parking — crowned by a 60–80 key business hotel carrying The Crown Fort House name. Occupants get club amenities and JD-network access through JD One. Doors targeted for 2028–30.
