Developed through Choudhary Properties and Consultancy Private Limited (CPC), the hotel sits atop a full destination: premium retail showrooms, anchor stores, offices and food & beverage outlets, with two levels of basement parking. Guests and members get club amenities and access across the JD network through JD One. Architecture and planning are underway; doors targeted for the 2028–30 window.
